Xin Peng starts production on Schuler press line

For passenger cars, Chinese automotive supplier forms high-quality parts made from steel and aluminum with up to 16 strokes per minute.

In a ceremonial setting, Chinese automotive supplier Xin Peng Jingshuo Auto Parts Co., Ltd. has now officially started production on a new Schuler servo press line. The system with a combined press force of 7,700 metric tons consists of five single presses. Schuler’s Crossbar Feeder transfers the parts directly from die to die. With an output of up to 16 strokes per minute, the line produces outer skin parts made from both steel and aluminum for passenger cars. It has been ordered by Xin Peng at the end of 2022.
