Core competencies
Schuler Automation in Heßdorf develops and builds advanced machines and lines for both sheet metal applications (steel and aluminum) and for automation and part transport applications. Customers include the automobile industry, their suppliers, and the electromotor and household appliance industries. Product lines include decoilers, roller straighteners, coil washing units, high-speed roll feeds and cut-to-length lines – either as stand-alone units or integrated into blanking presses – blank stacking equipment as well as super-fast NC transfers for hydraulic and mechanical presses with advanced motion control systems. The product spectrum is rounded out by automation and processing technology for forming from solid/forging applications, equipment for stamping and drawing technology as well as complete roll-forming lines, for example, used for continuous production of foam-filled sandwich elements.In addition to the automobile industry, Schuler Automation Heßdorf also provides equipment to a large number of other sheet metal users with automation solutions. Among these customers are sheet metal service centers, processors of thin sheet, and manufacturers of coin and coin blanks.
The service department of Schuler Automation Heßdorf provides services for both its own equipment and that of other manufacturers, offers preventive maintenance and repair for entire plant divisions, engineers and performs rebuilds and retrofits/conversions for entire lines.
