In accordance with § 10 WpPG
Schuler AG issues securities, that are permitted for trade in an organized market, and is required in accordance with § 10 WpPG to make available to the public at once a year a so-called “Annual Document.” This document must contain or provide reference to all information that Schuler AG has released, published, or otherwise made available to the public in the previous twelve months in conformity with the securities regulations specified in § 10 WpPG, Paragraph 1.
