Directors' Dealings.
In accordance with § WpHG the members of the board of management and the board of directors as well as persons in management positions (persons who regularly have access to insider information and who are entrusted with significant decision-making powers) are required to notify the BaFin and the company of the acquisition and the sale of company stock and/or related financial instruments.
