Your opportunity to see a highly efficient system for the manufacture of large rotor and stator packets – live and in production
In conjunction with the Coil Winding Show, taking place in Berlin June 10-12, 2008, Schuler offers you the opportunity to see the Segment Master System for the manufacture of large rotor and stator packets in actual production. The plant tour/demo will take place at Jessen Stamping Technology (a member company of the Roos & Kübler Group) not far from Berlin. At the same time, visitors can also see other lines in production using Schuler high-speed press technology. On each of the three days, shuttle busses will take participants from the show grounds to the plant for the tour and presentations. Participation is without cost, but prior registration is required. Schuler Segment Master System
Electric motors play a central role in the future of the automobile industry and, thus, the importance, too, of high-performance presses for the manufacture of electric motor laminations. In cooperation with the Roos & Kübler Group, a supplier of special-application blanking and stamping dies for electric motor laminations, Schuler has developed the Segment Master System that optimizes the production of large rotor and stator packets and also helps to improve the efficiency of the hybrid motor. This system, based on the Schuler high-speed blanking press, ensures material savings in the production of finished circular rotor and stator packets such as those used in hybrid systems. A further advantage is the improved electromagnetic properties of the lamination packets.Contact person
