Counterblow hammers (HG;DG)

Description

BÊCHÉ counterblow hammers are especially well suited for the manufacture of large and oversized forged parts.  The high die-to-die blow force of the opposing falling weights permits precise forming of large and heavy forged parts such as, for example, turbine blades.  The pneumatic drive has proven effective especially for extra heavy hammer equipment.
Counterblow hammers with hydraulic drive are offered for middle range requirements.  The rigid design of the frame in conjunction with a rigid guidance system guarantees superior precision in forging mode.

Advantages

  • high die-to-die blow force
  • high operational reliability
  • high levels of uptime
  • high levels of stability
  • high levels of precision for large and complex forged parts
