Schuler integrates the automation for its mechanical and hydraulic press lines, based upon part families, production rates and space requirements.
In addition to conventional robot and feeder solutions, we also offer linear transfer, crossbar feeders and crossbar robots - three automation systems that were developed by Schuler specifically for press lines with crossbar technology.
All three systems are notable for the quick and reliable transfer of components from die station to die station without intermediate stations.
