Blanking and forming presses -- servo drives 281 - 708 tons

Description

Schuler has been able to combine the reliable electric drive and the most advanced servo-drive technology to provide new, modular blanking and forming presses in monoblock construction -- especially for the various needs of the supplier community. These customers want flexibility, high production rates and optimum part quality.

Our new press series involves servo-drive presses with capacities between 281.0 and 708.1 tons in monoblock design. Combined with our coil lines, destacker/blankholders or tri-axis transfer systems, Schuler fully-automated system solutions provide high production rates for a wide spectrum of parts.

Advantages

  • Higher production rates as compared to conventional drive concepts
  • A high degree of flexibility since slide speeds and motion sequences are individually programmable
  • Optimal adaptation to different forming processes
  • Superior part quality and long die service life even for processing of high-strength steels
  • Hohe Ausbringung dank programmierbarem Stößelhub (Pendelhubbewegung)
  • Highly senstive operation in tryout mode, slide motion reversible in any position
  • Short delivery times and optimized management of spare parts
