In addition to supplying the automobile industry, Schuler also supplies hydroforming and HEATforming (Hot Expansion Air Technology) solutions to the non-automotive sector. The first parts such as tees and elbows were delivered to the plumbing fittings industry in the 1980s. Today numerous companies from the plumbing sector and from the furniture and bicycle industries are Schuler customers. They rely on the Schuler hydroforming process for handles, fittings, and a wide variety of design parts.
