Description
Short stroke drop hammers are universally applicable and especially well suited for small to medium-sized production lot sizes. The sturdy, one-part U-frame design in conjunction with precise, large-surface guidance achieves a high degree of forging accuracy. The hydraulic down-stroke drive permits short strokes.The special shape of the anvil bed design made of high-strength cast steel guarantees a high degree of percussion effect and low levels of impact noise and thus lower levels of environmental influences.
The most advanced control systems permit precise adjustment of the impact energy and impact sequence as well as precise drop height correction.
