Micro-precision components

New perspectives.

With the continuing trend toward miniaturization, micro-precison components are increasingly important in the fields of electronics, precison mechanics, micro-mechanics, and medical technology.  At the same time, demands are also growing in the areas of precision, complexity, and cost-effectiveness.
In a cooperative venture between Schuler and Yamada, two leading manufacturers of high-speed blanking presses, the two companies now offer the newest alternative for the cost-effective production of micro-precision components. With the introduction of "Stanzrapid"  the two participating development partners can now demonstrate their innovative concept with linear motor drive and greater flexibility in application that leaves conventional technology far behind in terms of both economy and quality.
