High-Speed blanking presses SAL Mark II

Description

In its new product line SAL Mark II Schuler continues the successful tradition in the design and manufacturing of high-speed blanking presses. With a nominal capacity of up to 6,300 kN and a stroking rate up to 650 spm cost-effective high-volume production is guaranteed, especially for electric motor laminations. The Mark II press program by Schuler, based on actual plant conditions, offers numerous new developments from Quicklift to Thermocompensation. The program also includes continuing developments of proven components, such as, for example, precise slide guiding.
The product line is noted for being extremely user-friendly. Flexible application possibilities and numerous variable equipment options for blank feeding and take-away and stacking of lamination packets set a high standard for quality and performance.
Together with a partner, Schuler manufactures progressive dies for the smalles motor and transformer lamination up to modularly constructed notching dies with coil width of more than 600 mm and a die length of up to 3,000 mm. The majority of the inserts are in carbide.  Highly complex lamination packing dies permit the manufacture of finished packets or bundles. New paths for the manufacture of your products by mean of pneumatically controlled punches or linear and torque drives.
