Manufacture of electric motor laminations.
For the manufacture of electric motor laminations Schuler has developed notching presses, notching cells, and complete notching centers. They permit cost-effective production of widely varying workpieces and lot sizes. The basic elements are two specific models on which circular blanks and/or segments can be manufactured with precision and high performance.They can be operated manually as single presses or in various levels of automation - also in retrofit applications - based on modular design principles. Thanks to the high degree of flexibility of the handling systems the lines can be assembled to meet any specific requirements. This extreme versatility in the possibilities for combination means that optimal configurations can be designed for even the most unusual conditions or requirements. A wide range of auxiliary equipment is also available for job-specific applications. We also deliver complete equipment for single notching.
