Laser Notchmaster
Description
The Laser Notchmaster from Schuler works in continuous flow through optimally coordinated system components including coil line, laser, and notching line - from coil to the finished rotor/stator lamination. The Laser Notchmaster impresses users with its high degree of flexibility, short changeover times, and minimal costs for tools. Even the smallest lot sizes or prototypes can be manufactured cost-effectively.
The laser line, developed for the electric motor industry, consists of a coil feed in space-saving compact design, a precision CO² laser for the precise contour cutting, a Schuler notching press, a high-tech line control, and finished part deposit station. Any desired outer and inner contours can be cut in the laser processing station. The specially developed polar axial arrangement ensures a high degree of precision for the concentric service hole and outside contour cutting. The Notchmaster notches the rotor and stator pattern.
Your advantages
- Continous Flow - from coil to the finished lamination
- Blanking line and blanking tools not required
- Highest degree of cutting accuracy thanks to polar laser guidin
- Blank contour freely programmable at any time
- Fast and cost-effective production of prototypes using only the laser since tools are not necessary
- Can be delivered without notching press for laser processing only
