Circular Notchmaster
Description
Circular Notchmasters are designed for the processing of round blanks up to a diameter up to approx. 1,000 mm. The basis of the line are notchers with servo indexing unit and workpiece feeding in revolving transfer method. Depending on the part spectrum to be manufactured the stations of the line can be equipped with one or two notchers and/or one service hole punching unit. The transfer of the blanks from the stack, loading into the notcher and removal after processing are performed in fully automated operating mode (continuous flow). The loading and unloading functions are performed in the shortest possible cycle time using the revolving transfer method. The stations can be equipped with various tooling, depending on the requirements and operating conditions. Stacking mandrel magazines are the preferred method for loading of the blanks and unloading of the finished lamination.
Your advantages
- Shortest possible cycle times
- Fast stacking mandrel changeovers by rotary table
- High levels of cost-effective processing for blank diameters up to approx. 1000 mm
- Reliable handling of lamination on stacking mandrels
