Blanking lines from Schuler offer the complete processing chain - from coil to blank stacking - all from a single source. The process also includes logistic solutions for the handling of coils, blanks, dies, and scrap. The modular design of presses and line components permit customized, user-specific solutions consisting of proven, plant-tested components to ensure the highest levels of uptime and reliability. Whether basic or fully automated, Schuler always offers the right equipment concept. Thus, for rectangular blanks, cut-to-length lines and combination longitudinal slitting and cut-to-length lines can be designed and delivered. For the manufacture of rectangular, trapezoidal, parallelogram-shaped blanks as well as contoured blanks, blanking lines with swivel shear and blanking press are available. Applications for these lines include the automobile industry and their suppliers as well as steel service centers and companies from the non-automotive areas.
