Visualization with Schuler MultiView
Description
As compared to the Schuler BasicView, MultiView provides visualization/graphic display for a larger number of operating stations. The navigation is more complex and offers auxiliary functions such as reporting. The line operator finds his way around intuitively - via touch-screen and window technology - for operation, maintenance, and data management. The screens of the operator interface points are clearly structured and divided in to easily understood menues that are constructed to relate directly to the workflow of the stamping plant.
For easy operation of manual functions, the operator selects the function on the graphic display and immediately receives status displays and operator guidance in synoptic form. The selected function is then initiated by means of manual control switches (+/-). The system uses the basic format of Simatic WinCC flexible.
