Front-of-Line systems for Compact Crossbar presses.
A front-of-line system for compact crossbar presses consists of the following :
- Destacker
- Blank washer
- Lubrication unit
- Centering device
- Blank holder
It is designed for processing singles and doubles in steel or aluminum with sub-assemblies arranged dto achieve production rates up to 17 strokes per minute.
To fit the process, Schuler offers an overhead feeder system for destacking blanks. The loading of the first die station also is performed by the feeders or by modular transfer of the compact crossbar press.
