Description
After washing, blanks are optimally prepared for the subsequent forming processies by means of a defined lubrication. Flexibly controllable spray units in the lubrication unit ensure a higher degree of part quality in forming with powerful drawing forces.With it SD 20 and automatic spray head SD 30 Schuler offers two different spraying methods. In the case of the SD 20 the needle stroke and the size of the opening fixed while the SD 30 offers the user the option of dynamic lubrication of the blanks. In this case, a variation of the amount of lubrication is possible for each spraying area.
Schuler delivers lubrication units for coil stock and blanks. For press lines or Compact Crossbar Presses the lubrication units are an integrated component of the Front-of-Line system.
