Press lines by Schuler ensure maximum uptime and optimal production rates. The customer profits from the experience and know-how of highly qualified specialists. We recommend the use of hydraulic press lines for flexible production of different parts in small to medium lot sizes. Larger numers for high-volume production, on the other hand, can be manufactured efficiently on mechanical press lines.
With the introduction of its press line with servo drive, we set new standards regarding production rates, flexibility, and economy.
In addition to robots and feeders the new crossbar technology is also being integrated into the manufacturing process. Depending on production rates, component dimensions, and material properties, the automation solutions include Crossbar Robots, Crossbar Feeders or Speedbar.
