As a supplier of systems, Schuler integrates the right automation concept for mechanical and hydraulic press lines based on parameters such as part families, production rates, and space requirements. In addition to conventional robot and feeder solutions, Schuler also offers the linear transfer, crossbar feeders, and crossbar robots - three automation systems that were developed by Schuler specifically for use in press lines with crossbar technology. All three solutions are notable because the component transfer is performed, quickly and reliably, from die station to die station directly, without intermediate stations.
