Automated mechanical press lines ensure efficient manufacturing of medium-size and large panels in production of high volumes. Depending on the number of required forming operations, the lines consist of four, five, or six automated mechanical single presses. For high quality drawing results and high stroking rates at a constant drawing speed link drive the preferred drive method since it permits motion curves by which the drawing speed can be reduced by a third as compared to eccentric drives.
