Schuler offers a wide selection of standardized blankloaders. Depending on part size, blank weight, and loading speed, the blankloader PLR 1, PLR 2, PLR 3, PLR 4, and PLR 4 custom-designed to meet the requirements of the stamping plant. All blankloaders feature an active, optical or mechanical blank centering station and can be optionally equipped with a blank washer or spray lubrication unit and automated by means of robots and/or feeders. Blankloaders for press lines can load "double-" or "quattro-unattached" panels and still achieve throughput rates up to 68 ppm.
