Coil lines for progressive die manufacturing are typically in the short design because of the nearly 100% ratio of structural parts. Exceptions could include processing of very thin material (< 0.5 mm).In coil lines for ProgDie presses the feed unit deserves special attention since stroking rates can go as high as 100 spm. High feeding speeds and absolute feeding precision are the decisive parameters for an efficient and quality-oriented production. Schuler offers coil lines for ProgDie presses for coil widths from 50 mm to 2,150 mm and coil thickness up to 12 mm.
