Description
The available models are designed for use in presses with bed dimensions of 1,500 x 1,000 mm (59 x 39 in.) to 7,600 x 3,100 mm (300 x 122 in.).All models have gripper boxes that can be mounted in the press, between the press uprights or outside of the press uprights. In addition, they can be mounted above (suspension-type) or below (floor-mounted) the feed level (passline). This leads to maximum flexibility in configuration of design for new presses as well as for retrofit applications for existing presses.
A special transfer rail coupling with integrated sensors is used for changeovers of transfer rails. Thus, manual die changes can be completed in the shortest possible time. As an option, Schuler also offers automated transfer rail changeovers.
