Technical help provided directly to the plant location – that’s the advanced support concept of our teleservice.  Our service technicians have the option of a direct dial-in connection to the line control.  By remote diagnostic procedures they can locate faults and eliminate problems in the control.  Your production continues without interruption, and you save yourself a service visit by a technician.  Furthermore, you decide how often you want this service – on a permanent basis, upon request only, or at predetermined intervals, e.g. monthly.
